Do I understand that the Online-Kiosks system is interactive in that a user could say answer polls or say take a test?

Interactive Kiosk

Post by mjstrand »

Online-Kiosks.Net is not interactive right now. We are focusing on playback only for at least a year because there are so many opportunities without going that direction. Adding an interactive component MASSIVELY increases the development for the user interface because everyone would want their own custom setup for the inputs. That will probably be an entirely new site once that happens because it is totally different. We are willing to work with companies for special - single purpose - data entry where a message is sent to our servers to change the resulting display for the next slide. One example is a stock broker wanting to display a customer entered stock quote (there would be a special area on the bottom of the kiosk screen to enter the information). Another is where a standalone kiosk is used to gather customer information, and the program sends a special message to our servers to direct the output of a large plasma screen on the wall above the standalone kiosk.
