User Defined RSS / XML Feeds

We are pleased to announce that user defined rss feeds are complete.

To add an rss feed to your kiosk, create a new kiosk page with the RSS / XML Feed template. Specify a heading and the feed url. The system does checking right away to ensure that the feed will work, so it may take a couple seconds to validate it when you press save. There is a # to Skip from bottom because some feeds have a generic statement as the last item which would come up randomly on the kiosk screen. Topix.net is one example where the # to skip from bottom to 1 to avoid displaying that message.
